It was established that the institute cooperated with the management of secondary schools.
It is well known that today in our country all the opportunities and conditions for further improving the quality of education, the development of young people as leading specialists in their field, their personal opinion, as well as intellectual potential have been created. It is a form of attention and concern for the future generation. This is the state’s concern for the future generation, so that it is stronger and more educated. This determines the development of the country depending on the potential of the future generation. Thus, in order to improve the activity of secondary schools in Tashkent, to further improve the professional and pedagogical skills of teachers, to increase student interest in science and education, and cooperation between the institute and secondary schools, a joint decree was signed under No. 18 of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Decree No. 30 of 29 March 2018 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. To implement the tasks outlined in this joint decision, the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute issued and signed Order No. 219 of April 5, 2018.
On April 14, 2018 at 12.00 in the small assembly hall of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute an event was held with the participation of heads of secondary schools, heads of the departments of the Institute, heads of departments.
The event was opened by the rector of the Institute Professor I.Alimdzhanov and told about the main objectives of the event. Then the pro-rector for spiritual and educational work OI Khudoiberdiev told about the activities of the departments and departments of the institute attached to general education institutions. During the conversation, participants discussed the issues of methodological support for the introduction of advanced teaching methods in accordance with the educational process in general schools, using the scientific and pedagogical potential and experience of teachers. Together with school principals, the reasons for low school attendance were identified, and the reason for low motivation was studied on the site, together with the parent committee. An agreement was reached on the elimination of deficiencies.
During the event, general education institutions were attached to the departments and departments of the institute. In particular, the head of the department of inorganic, analytical, physical and colloidal chemistry S. Aminov and the head of the department of technology of medicines Yu.S.Karieva took responsibility for secondary school No. 254 of Shaykhantahur region; Head of the Department of Pharmacognosy F.F. Urmanova and Head of the Department of Industrial Technology of Medicines V. Khaidarov took responsibility for secondary school No. 2 of Yunusabad district; Head of the Department of Pharmacology and Clinical Pharmacy S.A.Saidov and Head of the Department of Ecology and Microbiology G.O. Nuralieva took responsibility for secondary school No. 247 of Yunusabad district. The total number of secondary schools allocated for the management of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute is 8 units. This is the secondary school No. 254 in the Shaykhantahur region, the secondary school No. 61 in the Yashnabad district, the secondary schools No. 86, 247, 274 and 260 in the Yunusabad region, the secondary general education schools Nos. 69 and 231 in the Yashnabad district.
At the end of the event, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the directors of the institute and the secondary school. The main goal of signing this Memorandum is to further strengthen cooperation between the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute and the secondary school to increase students’ interest in secondary and postgraduate education, to science and specialties and to increase the responsibility of teachers.
The objectives of this Memorandum are mutual solidarity and cooperation of the parties in the following areas:
- Establish a systematic and coordinated cooperation of technical associations of the departments and general schools of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute.
- Creation of a school of talented students “Young Academicians” of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute.
- To create a future targeted cooperation plan for the comprehensive development of the school as a result of studying the general educational activities of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute.
- Creation of a “Master Class” for all school teachers in order to fill gaps and provide methodological assistance as a result of monitoring and analysis of lessons in the general education school.
- Conducting mobile practical classes for students of general education schools on schedule at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute.
- Organization of meetings with high school students (grades 8-11) and their parents, with people with extensive experience in the field of education, to provide information about their experience in the upbringing of children.
- Organization of the “Open Day” at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute for teachers and pupils of secondary schools, familiarization with IRC, CIT, laboratories, museum, lectures, classes, halls and students.
- With the support of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute, the identification of the most talented and retarded pupils of the general education school, involving them in additional lessons on interests.
THE PARTIES VOLUNTARY TO THE AGREEMENT TO IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
The Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute coordinates the following tasks:
– introduction of advanced teaching methods in accordance with the educational process in general schools using the scientific and pedagogical potential and experience of the institute’s teachers;
– Together with the director of the secondary school to study the reasons for the poor performance and low attendance of the classrooms and analyze them together with the institute staff, parents, outline a plan for eliminating shortcomings, provide practical assistance;
– to determine cooperation measures for filling vacancies in various subjects in the general education school;
– Ensure the participation of qualified professors and teachers in the “Information Hour” lessons in the secondary school;
-to promote the effectiveness of spiritual and educational activities by increasing the interest of students in scientific and fiction (meeting with famous artists, scientists, and inventors);
– conducting in cooperation of various activities among schoolchildren and teachers;
– holding sports and cultural events and friendly games in cooperation with the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute and the secondary school (meetings with cultural workers, international sports masters, world champions, champions of Asia and Uzbekistan, popular and well-deserved artists);
– assistance in the professional orientation of students in the upper grades in general schools;
– Ensuring the holding of training seminars and trainings aimed at building knowledge, skills and skills in selected professions and occupations in educational and training complexes for the preparation of students of the 10th and 11th grades to independent life;
The general education school manages and coordinates the following activities:
Creation of conditions for self-study at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute;
– organization of meetings and round tables with parents or people replacing their parents of students who do not attend the school for various reasons, involving representatives of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute and mahalla committees and eliminating their shortcomings, taking measures to improve attendance;
– provision and coordination of cooperation between the secondary school and the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute;
– ensuring the organization of “Information Hour” classes for teachers in secondary schools every week;
– organization of master classes for teachers of the general school by teachers of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute in the main areas;
– the organization of visits to the pupils of the 10th and 11th grades of the secondary school for acquaintance with the material and technical base of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute;
– Together with the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute, take measures to attract academic teams, scientists, inventors, outstanding artists, to enhance their interests in science and literary reading;
– Increase of responsibility of teachers in the direction of senior pupils to specialties on the basis of education and specialization of the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute.
