Created at our institute, this laboratory is a success story of innovation. This is because the laboratory is part of an institution that has been established for some time. However, in a very short period of time, the laboratory made a significant contribution to the practical development of the educational process. The laboratory consists of training and support rooms. In each class, thematic classes and presentations of practical classes in subjects taught in the medical, biological and clinical departments will be held. They have a physiological laboratory, an experimental modeling laboratory, a pharmacological analysis laboratory, a microscopic room, a histological screening room, a first aid laboratory and a virtual animation laboratory. In some subjects, our students study animation programs and demonstrate a virtual graphic experience. The laboratory is headed by Dr. Saidov Saidamir Abrorovich. 1) A researcher at our laboratory, in cooperation with the Scientific Research Institute of Natural Fibers of the Association Uzbekipaksanoat FA-2018-001 grants will participate. Saidov Saidamir Abrorovich – MD, associate professor. In 1998 he graduated from the Tashkent State Medical Institute. She has been doing research since 1998. In 2001 he defended his thesis on the subject “Individual metabolic properties of rats in conditions of stabilization of hypoxia in the post-stress period” (TMA). The topic of the doctoral thesis “Metabolic syndrome: modeling, pathogenesis, treatment (experimental study)” was defended in 2007 by TMA. He has been working at the Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute since 2009. Under the leadership of S.A. Saidov, he conducted targeted research on the introduction of innovative methods in pharmacological studies of coordination compounds. In particular, the department has a medical biological laboratory, equipped with a modern analyzer. In addition to scientific work in the laboratory, conducted scientific and practical classes. This is aimed at developing the innovation phase of the pharmaceutical education process. S. Saidov manages the following dissertation topics: 1. “Experimental hypothyroidism with regard to the individual metabolic properties of the organism” (the author of the thesis is A. A. Akhmadzhonov). 2. “The relationship of pharmacotherapy of calcium-organic compounds with individual properties in experimental osteoporosis” (thesis author A. Mavlonov).
The main focus of scientific activity is the prevention of metabolism of macro and micronutrients from domestic raw materials and pharmacological sanitation. A number of scientific works are devoted to the development of pathological processes, metabolism and typological features of the organism. During his research and teaching activities, he studied in Russia, Spain, Egypt and the USA. He has participated in three international and six local research projects. Participant of more than 10 international scientific conferences. Currently, researchers from Changvansky University (South Korea) are engaged in research on the development of new diagnostic pharmacotoxicological studies of nanotechnologies.
S.A. Saidov is a member of the International Association of Pharmacologists and Clinical Pharmacists, a member of the Committee on Bioethics of the Ministry of Health, a member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Agency for Innovations, a member of the Council of Pharmacology of the Ministry of Health, associate professor, member of the scientific seminar of the Tashkent Medical Academy , academic council.
