For a meaningful free time for students at the institute, “The Culinary Secrets circle”, a master class was organized for students living in a dormitory, senior teacher of the department of biotechnology Z.X. Yunusova and associate professor R.B. Norboev. During the master class, the girls were taught the student the methods and secrets of cooking Uzbek national cuisine, “egg barrak” вшқруқ фтв “green triangular cakes”, which is in demand among our people.
