Expecting visit of the rector of St. Petersburg state University of chemical and pharmaceutical Sciences Igor Anatolyevich Narkevich to Tashkent Pharmaceutical Institute
At the Russian-Uzbek educational forum, organized in October 2018, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Tashkent pharmaceutical Institute and the St. Petersburg’s state University of chemical and pharmaceutical Sciences. In November 2018, during the visit of the rector of the Tashkent pharmaceutical Institute Alimdjanov Ibrohim Inamovich to St.Petersburg’s state University of chemistry and pharmacy, an additional agreement on the establishment of a joint faculty was signed. The training program is planned to be implemented according to the algorithm 3+2. Studying 3 years at the Tashkent pharmaceutical Institute, 2 years at the St. Petersburg state chemical and pharmaceutical University, students will eventually receive diplomas of 2 state higher education institutions. In the first 3 years of training is planned qualifying practice in St.Petersburg. The process of applying to this faculty lasted until July 5, 2019. The number of applicants who submitted documents exceeded 145. Entrance examinations are conducted in the form of tests in chemistry, biology, Russian language and literature. Applicants who have applied to the joint faculty must have a good knowledge of the Russian language. On July 9, 2019, the rector of St.Petersburg’s state University of chemical and pharmaceutical Sciences Igor Anatolyevich Narkevich arrived in Tashkent. On July 10, 2019 entrance exams to the joint faculty will be held with the participation of the rectors of two higher educational institutes – I.A.Narkevich and I.I.Alimdjanov.
