The integrated laboratory lesson in the subject “Technology of Bioactive Substances”.
The integrated laboratory lesson in the experimental and technological laboratory of the Institute of Plant Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held in the subject “Technology of Bioactive Substances” of the Department of Biotechnology for 4th year students, group 407A of Industrial Pharmacy.
In order to integrate education and research, the senior lecturer of the Biotechnology Department of TashFarmi N.A.Abzalova and the leading researcher of the Institute of Plant Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Doctor of Technical Sciences. R.M. Khalilov organized a master class. In the framework of the students’ visit to the IPCh, the processes of extraction of plant substances, the isolation of the obtained bioactive substances, their purification by chromatography, filtration using a suction filter, and the processes of drying substances were demonstrated. The lesson was conducted during a stormy discussion of the skills acquired. Students received answers to their questions.
